The Garcias in México

About us

Hey! We are Julio and Rosalyn, an international couple.

We met in 2017 on a US Cru mission trip to Nicaragua. After a 4 year long-distance relationship we finally got married in Mexico City in 2021. Right now, we are happily married and living in Puebla, Mexico, serving the Lord through Cru specifically in the digital strategies area.

We work together with student ministries, churches and other organizations in order to win people to Christ, disciple them and create opportunities for them to work towards the great commission.
Julio is a full-time staff with Cru and Rosalyn is a graphic designer and works alongside Julio in his ministry.

What we believe

We believe in the Trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ, our Lord and savior was crucified, died, and buried, rose on the third day, ascended to heaven, and will come again in glory and judgment. He is the only Mediator between God and us.

We believe in the Great Commission given by Jesus Christ to his disciples, to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations. We believe that it is our responsibility as believers to share the good news of the gospel with those who have not yet heard, and to serve as witnesses of God’s love and grace to all people. And that we are all saved by grace through faith.

We believe that missionary work is not just about evangelism, but also about living out the love of Christ through acts of service and compassion, meeting the physical and spiritual needs of those we encounter.

“For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Habakkuk 2:14

We affirm that God is at work in the world, drawing people to himself and preparing them to receive the message of salvation. We believe that the Holy Spirit empowers and guides us every day, opening doors and hearts to the gospel.

Q&A

We got married in November 12th, 2021

We are looking for a church and we have visited several churches in Puebla, if you know a good reformed church in Puebla or Mexico City, please let us know.

We love the bright sun, fresh produce in the little mercados, the easy-going vibe with Mexicans and the delicious street food. Pastor, Arabe and Canasta tacos are the best.

It was an amazing opportunity, God gave us the vision, the people (a Cru team) and the finances. Everything was directed to Puebla.

  • We are recruiting students to work with us on the Cru office.
  • In July, we will have a 15 day mission trip, so we are inviting people from all over Mexico to serve with us.
  • We need to buy a car in the next couple of months.

Student ministry and Churches. We have a catalog of apps, platforms and digital resources to help the church to share the gospel.

Rosalyn is a graphic designer and illustrator, and Julio is a web designer with knowledge in electronic engineering and project management.

We believe that behind every screen there is a person. Behind every person there is a story. And every story matters to God.

Yes, absolutely. A digital ministry doesn’t mean just a screen. We use the digital to complement our work on the field.
